Nancy Weddle-Evans
Owner
Nancy has spent 34 years in transportation industry management retiring in 2012. After being idle from the workforce for several years, she and her husband Terry decided to venture into owning a hair salon. Buying the salon from their daughter to keep it in the family, they opened em.bel.lish hair design & day spa. This has been an exciting adventure for them both as they love making people feel good and enjoy being in business in the Morton community. For fun and relaxation they love to spend time at their home away from home in Florida! Nancy and Terry have 5 children and 13 beautiful grandchildren.
Terry Evans
Owner
Terry has been in the transportation industry since he was 18 years old. Owning his own business for 15 years traveling cross-country & Canada, he sold his company and started a construction company which he operated successfully for 12 years. When Terry & Nancy decided to buy em.bel.lish hair design it was time for him to consider retiring fully and devote his attention to this new adventure. Terry enjoys being in business in the Morton community and also loves being with people and helping them feel great! Terry & Nancy's fun include spending time at their Florida home and traveling. Terry & Nancy have 5 children and 13 beautiful grandchildren.
Jailyn Mitzelfelt
Salon and Spa Manager
Jailyn has been fascinated with hair since her teenage years and quickly attended cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell in Indianapolis shortly after graduating high school. Jailyn is a fun bubbly cosmetologist who is committed to helping her clients look and feel their very best. She specializes in hair color and easihair pro extensions.
Bretta Wilkinson
Front Desk Coordinator
Bretta’s busy life for the past twenty years has mainly consisted of being a mom to three boys and a wife to her energetic husband, Rob! She has also helped with event planning and catering on the side. In her spare time you can find her at sporting events or with her lovely friends! Bretta needed a fun escape now that her kids are older and we are so glad she chose em.bel.lish.
Brittney Collins
Stylist
Brittney is a 2006 graduate of Oehrlein School of Cosmetology. She has worked with Aveda from the start of her career and is very passionate about the product. Brittney is also a Certified Great Lengths Hair Specialist, trained in cold fusions bond extensions.
Courtney Camp
Stylist
Courtney is a crazy cat lady who has been doing hair for six years! She graduated from Midwest College of Cosmetology in 2012. Courtney has been with Aveda for the past five years. She enjoys doing color, men's cuts, and updo's.
Jen Siciliano
Stylist
Jen is a creative and experienced stylist with 10+ years in the industry. She graduated from Pivot Point Academy in 2011. Jen loves to provide a relaxing experience while creating your dream look! She offers haircuts for men, women, and children. She also loves to be creative with hair color as well!
McKenzie Smith
Stylist
McKenzie loves making people feel beautiful and giving them the hair of their dreams. She graduated from Oehrlein in 2019. She enjoys hiking with her boyfriend and dog... and genuinely just enjoys being outdoors! McKenzie enjoys doing highlights and vivid colors!
Melissa Naas
Stylist
Melissa is a good hearted person who loves making everyone laugh and smile, She enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs. She graduated Oehrlein School of Cosmetology in 2003 and has been with Aveda for over 13 years. She enjoys doing color, women's cuts, and updo's. She also specializes in easihair pro extensions.
Michelle Roberts
Massage Therapist
Michelle has been practicing Massage Therapy in the Morton/ Peoria area since graduating from Illinois Central College in December 2006. After graduation, Michelle began working with clients dealing with chronic pain by using Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy blended with more soothing techniques. This holistic approach allows guest to relax their minds, as well their muscles.
Jasmine Reyes
Esthetician
Jasmine's beauty motto is "Beauty isn't about having a pretty face. It's about having a pretty mind, pretty heart, and pretty soul." She is a Licensed Esthetician who graduated from Tricoci University in 2016. She enjoys making people feel good about themselves and helping them find their inner beauty. Jasmine specializes in facials, face/body waxing, airbrush makeup, and eyelash extensions.
